Motivation Mondays

This week is another workout week on Youtube for me.  Hopefully it goes better than last time!  I’m planning on mixing cardio with strength as well as a bit of stretching.  Here’s my plan for the week:

                        Fitness Blender Crunch-Free Abs

                        Tracy Anderson Arms (without weights)

                        Denise Austin Stretching and Flexibility

I don’t assign specific days to the workouts (for those days when things come up!), but I do want to make sure that I get at least 4 to 5 workout sessions each week.  Planning my workouts this way allows for more flexibility.

In other health goals, here are a couple of goals I plan to work on this week:

  • Drink 3 water bottles full of water each day.  I plan on trying this recipe to make the water taste a little more exciting! I have this wonderful glass water bottle with silicone sleeve from Lifefactory.Water bottle
  • Drink at least 1 green smoothie each day.  I would like to try this yummy looking recipe for Vanilla Lime Green Smoothie.  I’ll most likely substitute plain yogurt for the vanilla yogurt and use almond milk instead of regular milk.  It looks delish!
