Chocolate Cherry Protein Smoothie
This decadent and delicious smoothie is packed with protein and fiber and will keep you going for hours!
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1/2 cup frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1 handful spinach (I like to use frozen spinach for extra creaminess)
- 1 scoop chocolate plant-based protein powder or chocolate collagen powder (I like Truvani's chocolate strawberry plant-based protein powder or Umzu's chocolate collagen protein powder for this recipe)
Instructions
- Add ingredients in order listed to a high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid as needed.
- Pour into a glass and top with several cherries (if desired)
