Plant-Based Nachos

These nachos are loaded with plant-based protein, fiber, and antioxidants! And they're delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 serving plant-based taco meat (recipe found under Main Dishes on thehealthyhappywoman.com)
  • 1 serving dairy-free cole slaw (see recipe under Plant-Based Tacos on thehealthyhappywoman.com)
  • 2 tbsp avocado salsa (I like the Good Foods brand)
  • 1 serving Siete Grain-free tortilla chips (you can also use regular corn tortilla chips)

Method
 

  1. Arrange chips in a bowl.
  2. Top with plant-based taco meat.
  3. Top with a scoop of dairy-free slaw.
  4. Drizzle with avocado salsa.
