So, how did your workouts go this week? Honestly, I only did 2 of the 4 I set out to do.  My boys and I came down with a nasty cold (congestion, coughing, fever, etc.), so I wasn’t able to get to the last two.  Hopefully, if I’m feeling better tomorrow, I can fit a third one in for the week – not too bad!

  • Day 1 – 30 Day Fat Burn Cardio Crush
  • Day 2 – Legs on Fire and Standing Abs Workout
  • Day 3 – Either the 30 minute power walk or Cardio pilates (Sat. morning)

Although they don’t always pan out, having a plan for the week (whether it’s for working out, eating right, etc.) gives you a target to hit and a concrete way to evaluate your progress in a particular area.  Hopefully, next week I can get right back on track.

  1. Hope you and the boys are feeling better! I did the Miami Half Marathon on Sunday so really had to push myself to run on Monday. Believe it or not, I felt much better and less sore post-run on Monday night. Enjoyed a few runs this week but also took some time to rest and recover from the marathon. Thanks for your motivation! Wish we lived closer to workout together!

    1. That’s awesome, Tracy! What an amazing accomplishment! Yes, it would be so much fun to exercise together – though it might be a long time before I could ever run a half marathon 🙂
