1cupunsweetened soy milk(or other plant-based milk)
1/2cupfrozen bananas
1/2cupfrozen strawberries
1/2cupfrozen cherries
1handfulspinach(I like to use frozen spinach for extra creaminess)
1scoopchocolate plant-based protein powder or chocolate collagen powder(I like Truvani's chocolate strawberry plant-based protein powder or Umzu's chocolate collagen protein powder for this recipe)
Method
Add ingredients in order listed to a high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid as needed.
Pour into a glass and top with several cherries (if desired)
