5 Daily Health Habits

There are LOTS of healthy habits you could adopt! I’m going to share with you my favorite 5 – they are easy; they don’t take a lot of time; they’re not complicated; and they can transform your health! But only if you commit to putting them into practice.

You have to decide a habit is worth it in order to stick with it. It has to become a non-negotiable. When something is non-negotiable, you just do it, no matter how you feel. That’s when you build character. And that’s when you can see amazing changes in your overall health.

So, let’s check out 5 of my favorite health habits that can drastically improve your health:

1. Move Your Body

We were made for movement! A sedentary lifestyle can contribute to all sorts of health issues. But getting up and getting your body moving can have wonderful health benefits! Here are just a few:

  • Balanced Insulin Levels
  • Better Sleep
  • Combats Depression

  • Increases Metabolism
  • Aids the Body in Detoxification
  • Improves Brain Function
  • Prevents Disease

And exercise doesn’t have to be complicated. There are so many different types of workouts you can do to get healthy. Here are a few ideas:

  • Pilates
  • Aerobics
  • Programs you can do at Home
  • Jogging
  • Gym Membership

The point is to find one you love, and make a HABIT of moving! My favorites are walking around my neighborhood (while listening to music or podcasts) and my BeachBody Programs that I can do at home on my computer.
