This week’s workouts went much better than last time. Here’s how the week shaped up for me (no pun intended 🙂 ):
Day 1 – 30 Day Fat Burning Dynamic Strength Training
Fitness Blender Crunch Free Abs
Day 2 – Tracy Anderson Legs Workout
Tracy Anderson Arms (without weights)
Day 3 – Denise Austin Total Body Stretch
Denise Austin Stretching and Flexibility
Day 4 – Jessica Smith Indoor Barefoot Walk
Day 5 – Popsugar 15-minute Full Body Workout
All workouts complete except Day 5. We took a last minute trip to see my parents in Atlanta, so Day 5 will hopefully get accomplished tomorrow when we get back home.
As for the other 2 goals:
Drink 3 Waters bottles full of water each day – I really need to work on this one! I drank about 1 each day, so I’m going to keep working on this.
Drink at least 1 green smoothie each day – I missed about 1 day with this goal, but I’m planning on having one for lunch today. I’ll keep working on this goal as well!
