Detox Bath

This Detox Bath recipe is great for relieving sore muscles, relieving stress, softening the skin, and strengthening the immune system. This also helps to remove toxins on a cellular level, making it a great option to incorporate into your weekly routine.
Prep Time 5 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 64 oz. Bag of Epsom Salts (Any brand will do, just make sure it is pure Epsom salt with no other added ingredients)
  • 2 16 oz. Boxes of Baking Soda
  • 4 cups Himalayan or Dead Sea Salt
  • 1 cup Vitamin C powder (Optional but great for removing chlorine if you don't have a whole house filter)
  • 10-15 drops Favorite Essential Oil (I like lavender, eucalyptus, frankincense, etc.)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients except essential oils into a very large bowl until well combined.
  • Place in large glass storage container
  • When ready for bath, use 2 cups of recipe per bath and add desired essential oils directly to bath water (unless you want to make the entire recipe with a particular oil – I like to wait so that I can add whatever oils I feel my body needs at that particular time)
