Detox Bath
This Detox Bath recipe is great for relieving sore muscles, relieving stress, softening the skin, and strengthening the immune system. This also helps to remove toxins on a cellular level, making it a great option to incorporate into your weekly routine.

Ingredients
- 1 64 oz. Bag of Epsom Salts (Any brand will do, just make sure it is pure Epsom salt with no other added ingredients)
- 2 16 oz. Boxes of Baking Soda
- 4 cups Himalayan or Dead Sea Salt
- 1 cup Vitamin C powder (Optional but great for removing chlorine if you don't have a whole house filter)
- 10-15 drops Favorite Essential Oil (I like lavender, eucalyptus, frankincense, etc.)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except essential oils into a very large bowl until well combined.
- Place in large glass storage container
- When ready for bath, use 2 cups of recipe per bath and add desired essential oils directly to bath water (unless you want to make the entire recipe with a particular oil – I like to wait so that I can add whatever oils I feel my body needs at that particular time)
