Plant-Based Nachos
These nachos are loaded with plant-based protein, fiber, and antioxidants!  And they're delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 serving plant-based taco meat (recipe found under Main Dishes on thehealthyhappywoman.com)
 - 1 serving dairy-free cole slaw (see recipe under Plant-Based Tacos on thehealthyhappywoman.com)
 - 2 tbsp avocado salsa (I like the Good Foods brand)
 - 1 serving Siete Grain-free tortilla chips (you can also use regular corn tortilla chips)
 
Method
- Arrange chips in a bowl.
 - Top with plant-based taco meat.
 - Top with a scoop of dairy-free slaw.
 - Drizzle with avocado salsa.
