This delicious, creamy smoothie will help you feel satisfied, curb your cravings, and help balance hormones with the power of phytonutrients! Soy milk and flax meal are great for hormone health, and the vegan protein powder helps keep you feeling full for hours. The addition of spinach helps you get a dose of greens, and fruit is full of natural enzymes, fiber, and antioxidants! And plant-based yogurt add a dose of good bacteria for your gut. So good 😋

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 cup organic soy milk
  • 3/4 cup plant-based yogurt*
  • 3/4 cup frozen fruit of your choice
  • 1/2 cup organic spinach**
  • 1 tsp flax meal
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder***

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients in order in a high powered blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy (may need to add a splash more of soy milk if too thick).
    *I like Siggi's Plant-based yogurts
    **I keep mine in the freezer as it makes for colder smoothies.
    ***I like Beach Body's Vegan Protein powders (Four Sigmatic and Truvani are also good brands)
