- 1-1/2 cup organic soy milk
- 3/4 cup plant-based yogurt*
- 3/4 cup frozen fruit of your choice
- 1/2 cup organic spinach**
- 1 tsp flax meal
- 1 scoop plant-based protein powder***
Place ingredients in order in a high powered blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy (may need to add a splash more of soy milk if too thick).*I like Siggi's Plant-based yogurts**I keep mine in the freezer as it makes for colder smoothies.***I like Beach Body's Vegan Protein powders (Four Sigmatic and Truvani are also good brands)
