Banana Cinnamon Protein Smoothie
The Healthy Happy WomanThis delicious smoothie will keep you full for hours and tastes like dessert! It's full of fiber, 20g of plant-based protein, probiotics, and loads of phytonutrients!

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup plant based vanilla yogurt (I like Siggi's Plant-Based Vanilla)
- 1 handful organic spinach
- 1 scoop banana cinnamon protein powder (I like Truvani's vegan Banana Cinnamon Protein powder)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened organic soy milk
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Notes
*You can use vanilla plant-based protein powder if you can’t find banana cinnamon.
**You can omit the yogurt if you can’t find.
