(I like Truvani's vegan Banana Cinnamon Protein powder)

unsweetened organic soy milk
Method
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Notes
*You can use vanilla plant-based protein powder if you can't find banana cinnamon.
**You can omit the yogurt if you can't find.
