Best Sprouted Oatmeal
The Healthy Happy WomanThis sprouted oatmeal is the perfect hearty breakfast for those cold mornings! It will keep you full for hours and is loaded with plant-based fiber and phytonutrients!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sprouted oats (I like the brand One Degree)
- 3/4 cup plant based milk (I like to use unsweetened soy milk)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- pinch sea salt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1/4 cup sprouted trail mix (I like Living Intention's Activated Sprouted Trailmix)
Instructions
- Cook oatmeal according to package directions with plant milk, oats, coconut oil and sea salt.
- When finished cooking, top with blueberries, sliced banana, and trail mix.
- (You can always add a splash of more plant milk to cool it off)
