Easy Baked Rice
The Healthy Happy WomanThis is such an easy and delicious way to make rice that goes with all kinds of dishes! And the great thing about it is it works with all kinds of rice!

Ingredients
- 3 cups rice (any kind will work)
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tsp seasoning salt (or sea salt will do)
- 5 cups water (or vegetable broth for more flavor)
Instructions
- -Rinse rice until water runs clear. Add rice to a greased 13×9 inch baking dish.-Drizzle avocado oil on top.-Add 2 teaspoons of seasoning salt.-Meanwhile, bring the 5 cups of water to a boil (can do this on stovetop or with an electric kettle). Remove from heat and pour on top of rice.-Mix all ingredients well with a spoon.-Place into a 375 degrees preheated oven and cover with stainless steel baking sheet (can cover with foil if you don't have a baking sheet). Bake for 1 hour.-Remove from oven and fluff rice with a fork.
