- 3 cups rice (any kind will work)
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tsp seasoning salt (or sea salt will do)
- 5 cups water (or vegetable broth for more flavor)
-Rinse rice until water runs clear. Add rice to a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.-Drizzle avocado oil on top.-Add 2 teaspoons of seasoning salt.-Meanwhile, bring the 5 cups of water to a boil (can do this on stovetop or with an electric kettle). Remove from heat and pour on top of rice.-Mix all ingredients well with a spoon.-Place into a 375 degrees preheated oven and cover with stainless steel baking sheet (can cover with foil if you don't have a baking sheet). Bake for 1 hour.-Remove from oven and fluff rice with a fork.
