Nothing says ‘summer’ like a tall, refreshing glass of lemonade. Most lemonade, however, is made with quite a bit of sugar. So if you still want the refreshment without all the added calories, check out my Super Simple, Sugar free Lemonade.
Just squeeze 1-2 small lemons (I used 2), making sure to remove the seeds. I purchased this handy little juicer at Target, and it catches all the big seeds for me. Some of the little ones still get in, but that’s okay.
Next, add about 2 droppers of liquid lemon-flavored stevia (about 1 tsp.) to your lemon juice concentrate. Regular and vanilla flavored stevia work well too. You could also try powdered (about 2 packets). Just make sure to mix really well to avoid clumping.
Then just pour into prepared glass full of ice. Pour water on top of mixture until it reaches the top of your glass and stir well.
Now you have a refreshing, delicious, glass of sugar free lemonade! How simple is that? 🙂
