Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a high powered blender, mix the ingredients for the "cheese" sauce until smooth and creamy (recipe on The Healthy Happy Woman)
- Pour cheese sauce over cooked pasta and stir until well combined. Serve immediately (great with a side of steamed broccoli for a delicious meal)!
