Protein-Packed Dairy-Free “Cheese” Sauce
You will not the miss the dairy or the fat in this delicious "cheese" sauce that is packed with plant-based protein and tons of flavor!

Method
- Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If using with pasta, pour immediately over cooked pasta. Otherwise, store in large Mason jar or Pyrex dish in fridge and use as a "cheese" sauce throughout the week (over rice and veggie bowls, baked potatoes, open-face sandwiches, etc.)
- Note: The sauce will be a bit bubbly from the blending process, but this eventually settles!
