Matcha Latte

This delicious and creamy matcha latte is loaded with polyphenols and antioxidants to help fight free radicals and inflammation! 🙌

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. plant based milk (I use unsweetened soy milk for extra protein)
  • 1 packet matcha green tea (I use Pique's matcha green tea)
  • 1 tsp. raw honey (I like to use Manuka honey for the added health benefits)

Method
 

  1. Bring milk to a boil in pan on stove or using a milk frother.
  2. Add matcha packet.
  3. Stir in raw honey.
  4. Using a handheld frother, stir until all ingredients are well combined and frothy on top.
