Golden Milk Latte

This delicious latte is full of antioxidants and helps combat inflammation!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. milk of your choice (I use unsweetened soy milk for extra protein)
  • 1 tsp. golden milk latte mix
  • 1 tsp. Manuka Honey (or just raw honey)

Method
 

  1. Heat milk on stove until hot.
  2. Add latte mix and honey.
  3. Using a handheld frother, froth until foamy on top.
