Greek Yogurt Bowls 3 Ways

Greek Yogurt Bowls

Need a quick breakfast that is full of protein, healthy fat, and probiotics?  Then Greek yogurt is your answer!  It’s the perfect breakfast when you don’t have a lot of time but still want to eat something healthy and substantial.

Today I show you how to make Greek yogurt bowls 3 different ways.  The possibilities are endless when it comes to layering healthy ingredients on top of a bed of creamy yogurt.  Check out just 3 of them!

Banana Pomegranate Bowl

Place about 1 cup of Greek yogurt in a bowl. Then layer sliced bananas, pomegranate arils, and chia seeds over the top.  If you haven’t tried pomegranate arils, then you’re in for a real treat.  These seeds are surrounded by a pocket of pomegranate juice, so they burst open when you eat them, giving you a juicy crunch that’s delicious.

Cherry-Berry Chia Bowl

On top of 1 cup of Greek yogurt, layer pitted cherries (I buy mine frozen and let them thaw), blueberries, and chia seeds until greek yogurt is covered.  You can put as little or as much of each as you want.  This bowl is full of antioxidants from the cherries and blueberries, as well as fiber and omega 3s from the chia seeds.

Tropical Bowl

This bowl will give you a taste of the tropics.  Again, start with your base of 1 cup Greek yogurt, then layer mangoes, unsweetened shredded coconut, ground golden flaxseeds, and pineapple.  You can also find frozen mangoes and pineapples in most grocery stores.  When you let them thaw, the juice that is leftover makes a delicious sauce to pour over the top!tropical yogurt bowl
