This refreshing, creamy smoothie is perfect as a post workout drink. The coconut water contains natural electrolytes to hydrate the body, and the greek yogurt has protein for recovering muscles.
Ingredients
1 c. plain Greek yogurt*
1 c. frozen blueberries
1½ c. lemon flavored coconut water
1 heaping T. chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla flavored whey protein powder (optional)*
Instructions
Place ingredients in order listed in high powered blender.
Blend for 30 seconds.
Pour into glass and enjoy!
Notes
*For a dairy free and vegan option, you can use coconut milk yogurt and brown rice or pea protein powder.
