Gluten Free Mini Pizzas

Gluten Free - These mini pizzas are great for experimenting with different sauces and toppings. And kids love them too!
Ingredients
  • 1 package gluten free English muffins
  • 2 jars favorite pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese*
  • 2 cans sliced organic mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice English muffins in half and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly among 12 slices.
  4. Top each slice with shredded mozzarella cheese, chicken, and mushrooms.
  5. Bake for 10-12 min. or until cheese is melted.
Notes
*For a dairy free version, try sprinkling Nutritional Yeast on pizzas in place of the shredded cheese.
