- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 4 clementines, peeled and segments separated
- 1 cup greek yogurt*
- 1 heaping scoop vanilla whey protein powder*
- Freeze the clementine segments beforehand for best texture.
- In a blender add the almond milk, yogurt, and clementines.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the whey protein and blend on lower speed until mixed in.
*For a dairy free version, try using coconut milk yogurt and brown rice protein powder in place of greek yogurt and whey protein.
