- 1 cup filtered water or coconut water
- 1 handful organic spinach or kale
- 1 banana
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- 1 T. chopped, fresh cilantro or mint (optional)
- 1 T. Hemp seeds (optional)
- Place ingredients in order listed.
- Blend on high until all ingredients are well blended!
