Healthy Dreamsicle Smoothie

This delicious orange smoothie will remind you of those orange dreamsicles you probably ate as a kid. But it has far less sugar and a good dose of protein and Vitamin C!
Ingredients
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 frozen bananas (slice before freezing)
  • 2 frozen clementines or oranges (peel and quarter before freezing) - freezing these is optional!
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder or 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 drop wild orange essential oil, optional
Instructions
  1. Blend in a high powered blender until smooth.*
Notes
*If using a Vitamix, you will need to use the tamper to make sure all the frozen fruit is pushed down toward the blade to be blended.
