Waist-Whittling "Pudding"

This protein-packed "pudding" will help to whittle your waist and keep you full for hours!
  • -1 cup plain Greek yogurt (preferably 2%)
  • -1 packet or scoop of flavored egg white or whey protein powder*
  1. Mix together until well combined. Top with favorite healthy toppings like fruit, nuts, seeds, etc.
*I use Jay Robb Chocolate Egg White or whey protein powder. You can also use other delicious flavors like strawberry, vanilla, and orange.
