Sugar Free Strawberry Parfait

This 3 ingredient recipe can be made for a delicious and healthy breakfast or dessert. And it's beautiful too!
  • 1½ cups plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, thawed. Put ½ cup to the side for layering.
  • 1 dropper of vanilla stevia
  1. Place strawberries in blender and blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
  2. Pour strawberries into yogurt, stirring slowly until light pink.
  3. Add stevia and stir to combine.
  4. Layer yogurt and fresh strawberries, repeating until you reach top of glass.
  5. Garnish with fresh strawberry.
