This is a comforting and healing soup that is super fast to throw together.
  • 4 c. organic chicken broth
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 t. curry powder
  • ½ c. gluten free, brown rice noodles
  1. Heat first 4 ingredients until they come to a boil.
  2. Add the brown rice noodles.
  3. Reduce heat to low, and continue to cook until noodles become tender, about 10 min.
