World's Best Turkey Burger

These turkey burgers are super moist, full of flavor, and are sure to become a new family favorite!
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground turkey (make sure it has at least 15% fat and is not the fat free variety)
  • 1 cup gluten free bread crumbs (made from pulsating 3-4 slices of gluten free bread in food processor or blender)
  • ½ cup Sir Kensington's Special Sauce (plain mayo will work as well)
  • pinch of sea salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl until well combined.
  2. Form thin, flat patties and place on greased, hot cast iron skillet.*
  3. Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side.**
Notes
*If using an outdoor grill, make sure to form thicker patties so that they don't fall through the grills.
**If the center is still pink, microwave for about 1 minute to finish cooking and preserve the moisture.
