Strawberries, pineapples, and coconut water join together to create this refreshing and hydrating smoothie. Perfect for a post-workout drink or just a treat on a hot summer day!
Ingredients
4 c. chilled coconut water
1 c. frozen strawberries
1 c. frozen pineapple
½ c. plain greek yogurt
5 to 10 drops of stevia, optional*
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender in order listed.
Blend on high for about 30 seconds, until well blended.
Enjoy!
Notes
*This smoothie really doesn't need any sweetener, but if you want a really sweet smoothie, the stevia makes a great calorie-free sweetener.
