I’ve been trying to use my Crockpot more often to make healthy recipes for the family. There is something so satisfying about placing all your ingredients in the pot and having a delicious meal ready by dinner time. Plus, you get to smell the fragrant aromas wafting through the air all day, reminding you that dinner is already done!
There is no shortage of yummy looking crockpot recipes on the internet, and I have scoured some of the best food blogs to bring you a list of 25 healthy, scrumptious looking recipes. And there are recipes for everyone – gluten free, paleo, vegetarian and vegan – you’re sure to find at least one (or more!) that you will love and want to include in your regular, recipe repertoire. I’ve also chosen recipes that are easy to substitute ingredients. For example, if a recipe calls for lasagna noodles and you don’t eat gluten, simply substitute gluten free lasagna noodles instead.
